AlmaTech Return & Refund Policy
At AlmaTech, we want you to shop for refurbished laptops with confidence. Our return policy is designed to ensure transparency and a smooth experience when purchasing from our store.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- The device must not have new damage, scratches, or physical alterations.
- The product must be returned with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Faulty or Damaged Product Notification:
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the product will be considered received in proper working condition.

Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned devices must undergo inspection, testing, secure data wiping, and repackaging.
Free return shipping is only provided if the wrong product was delivered. Returns due to change of mind or preference may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
The restocking fee does not apply if:
- The wrong item was shipped by AlmaTech.
- The product is confirmed defective upon arrival and reported within the 7-day period.
If a product is confirmed defective upon delivery:
- A replacement unit of the same model may be provided, subject to availability.
- If the same model is unavailable, a similar device of equal value may be offered.
- If no suitable replacement is available, a refund may be issued.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom configured products.
- Discounted or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, or software-related issues.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges and applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.
Important: AlmaTech reserves the right to refuse refunds based on false, misleading, or unverifiable claims. Returns are only accepted when they qualify under this policy.
